Ting Cai is a versatile leader in product, technology and business who has been in the search and online service business for more than 10 years. He has pioneered the subscription businesses for online services, created new products for Bing shopping, and shipped large-scale engineering products including Bing Snapshot or knowledge pane on Bing web search results.
As the Director of Bing News in the Microsoft AI and Research group, Ting is responsible for delivering the most relevant news search results to millions of users every day. He is passionate about delivering compelling products for which users are willing to devote their time and money.
He is an experienced people manager and managed more than 100 people across disciplines in multiple countries. He deeply cares about people and their careers and many people have followed him over the years.Back
